I have 2 layouts current and another one in the planning/building stage:-
Home Layout - is a permanent display at my home in a purpose built studio. Check out the photo gallery to get a better picture of how, what and where I am up to with the layout. Also the current folder is 'What's on my work bench' for this month.
Kerosine Creek - is a 1.7 mtr by 1.0 mtr portable display depicting NZR bush railway around the 1950's. This layout is taken to exhibitions and public displays and is well received due to its super detail, operation, and sound effects. Took 15 yrs to build by one of the finest modellers round and is one of a kind. A full article on this layout can be found in the "Continental Modeller" March 2001 edition or contact me for a copy.
Kerosine Creek & 3 Mile Bush module display - next public display is:
3 Mile Bush - on30 - A 2 part layout 1200 x 2400, once joined we have a total size of 1200 x 4800. The scene is 1950's/60's bush rail logging in NZ (Rolling stock and layout under construction) :- This layout will be for public display/shows as it is portable.
Gallery Viewing - There are quite a few pics in some folders so be patient as they load in the 'view slide' In the process they my appear quite quickly, once all have loaded then you can view them one at a time or by the slide show. In the slide show you will see a blue tab by the 3d to the right of screen - move mouse cursor over and a slide tab will appear at the bottom you can adjust the slide speed. Happy Viewing.
